Returns & Refunds

All OKRetro.au prints are made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our archival prints and framed artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering museum-quality archival prints and professionally framed artwork. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing or manufacturing error, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

What's Covered

  • Printing defects or quality issues

  • Damage occurring during production or transit

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing items from your order

What's Not Covered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or frame selection made by the customer

  • Minor colour variations caused by differences in screen and monitor settings

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim and supporting photographs, we will review the issue promptly. If the claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please do not dispose of any damaged or defective items until your claim has been reviewed. We may require photographs to verify the issue and process a replacement or refund.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch within Australia, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
